Peking Calamari
Peking Calamari is an incredibly tasty and simple course which won't leave you indifferent.
Ingredients: 250 g calamari,
15 g cucumbers,
1 bulb onion,
2 garlic cloves,
1 tbsp corn starch,
1 tbsp cognak,
1/4 cup chicken broth,
2 tbsp vegetable oil,
salt.
Preparation:

  Here is a Peking Calamari recipe which is a classic Chinese course.
  Soak calamari for an hour in water, wash and peel them. Cut them in pieces. Then dip them for 30 sec in boiling water.
  Fry the calamari for a min in preheated to 160 °С oil.
  Then add onion cut in stripes, cucumber slices, chopped garlic and cognak to them, and dilute starch, salt and broth with water. Stir it all. Stew in until the sauce gets thick.
  Before serving garnish the course with greens.
