Kung Pao Chicken

Kung Pao Chicken
Kung Pao Chicken is a very delicious and filling Chinese course which is quick to cook.
Ingredients: 300 g chicken fillet,
1 sweet green pepper,
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic,
1 tbsp finely chopped ginger,
1 dried chili pepper,
fried cashew nuts.

For the marinade:
2 tbsp soya sauce,
1 tbsp wine,
1 tsp starch.

For the sauce:
2 tbsp soya sauce,
1 tsp vinegar,
1 tbsp wine,
1 tbsp sesame oil,
1 tbsp sugar,
1 tsp starch.

  Here is a Kung Pao Chicken recipe which is a traditional Chinese course.
  For the marinade mix all the necessary ingredients. Cut chicken in pieces and cover it with marinade. Put it for 5 min aside.
  Pour oil in a voce, heat it and put the chicken in it. Fry it for 2 min stirring it.
  Then add dried chili, ginger, garlic, green pepper and chicken in the voce. Fry it all for 2 min and stir it. Then add nuts and the sauce. Fry it all for a minute stirring it.
  Serve the course hot.
