Chinese Crabs
Chinese Crabs is a refined Chinese course which will pleasantly surprise your guests.
Ingredients: 200g crabs,
5 g ginger,
1 tsp cognak,
salt and ground black pepper yo your taste.
Preparation:

  We offer you a Chinese Crabs recipe which is a traditional Chinese course. Let's cook it together.
  At first steam crabs until ready, then cool them. Divide meat from claws and shells.
  Then sprinkle the meat with cognak, add grated ginger, pepper and salt to it. Stir it all.
  Before serving put the crab meat on green salad leaves.
