Fish Pie
Fish Pie is a very delicious and appetizing Chinese course which will definitely gladden your family.
Ingredients: 500 g fish,
2 boiled potatoes,
2 bulbs onion,
1 tomato,
2 whipped eggs,
chopped celery,
50 g butter,
30 g breadcrumbs,
1 tbsp soya sauce,
1 cup milk,
salt and pepper to your taste.
Preparation:

  We offer you a Fish Pie recipe which is an original Chinese course. So let's start.
  At first wash fish pieces and boil them in 1 cup water, add soya sauce, pepper and salt. Take it all off fire and when the fish gets cold take it out of it.
  Then oil a baking sheet and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs. Chop peeled potatoes, tomatoes and onions. Sprinkle it all with salt and pepper.
  Put the fish pieces and potatoes in turns with tomatoes and onions there. Pour fish broth or milk and whipped eggs on it all, and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs and chopped celery.
  Roast it all in an oven for 45 min at the medium temperature.
