Crab Balls
Crab Balls is a very unusual Chinese course which will really decorate your festive table.
Ingredients: 400 g crabmeat,
100 g pork,
1 garlic clove,
2 tsp starch,
1 tsp rice wine,
2 egg whites,
corn oil,
salt and ground pepper to your taste,

  Here is a Crab Balls recipe which is a refined Chinese course.
  At first chop pork and crabmeat finely. Press garlic and mix it with starch, crab-meat mass, pepper, salt, egg whites and rice wine.
  Put it all in a fridge for 30 min.
  Then make balls and put 1 tbsp of this mass on every ball. Roll the balls in breadcrumbs.
  Heat oil in a voce. Fry the balls in portions for 2 min until golden.  
  Heat oil and fry the balls in it once more until golden brown.
  Put cocktail sticks in the balls and serve the course.
