Fish Balls with Vegetables
Fish Balls with Vegetables is an incredibly tasty and filling Chinese course which won't leave your guests indifferent.
Ingredients: 500 g minced fish or shrimps,
1 bulb onion,
2 tomatoes,
1 garlic clove,
1 ginger,
1 egg,
250 g carrots,
250 g kohlrabi,
1 cup vegetable oil,
100 g cabbage,
1 celery,
1 cup peas.

For the sauce:
1 tbsp soya sauce,
2 tsp sugar,
2 tsp cornflour,
1 cup water,
1 tbsp vinegar,
salt and pepper to your taste.
Preparation:

  Mix fish with pepper, eggs, chopped ginger, salt and pressed garlic, cut the mass in pieces. Fry them until crispy.
  Then take the mass out of the frying pan and let it cool. Put the vegetables and chopped onion on the frying pan and fry it all for 15 min.
  Let's cook the sauce. Mix flour, soya sauce, sugar and other ingredients. Stir it all and put boiled vegetables there. When the sauce gets thick add celery there and cover it with a lid.
  In some minutes slice fish balls and put the vegetables on the top.
