Bamboo Shoots with Mushrooms
Bamboo Shoots with Mushrooms is a simple but very delicious and flavoured Chinese course.
Ingredients: 12 dried tongue mushrooms,
400 g bamboo shoots,
corn oil,
2 tsp sugar,
2 tbsp soya sauce,
150 ml chicken broth,
1 tsp corn starch,
1 tsp sesame oil.
Preparation:

  We offer you a Bamboo Shoots with Mushrooms recipe which is a classic Chinese course.
  At first put dried mushrooms for 30 min in hot water and remove their stems. Cut bamboo shoots in pieces. Dry bamboo and mushrooms.
  Heat oil in a voce and fry bamboo for 1-2 min until golden brown.
  Pour out a part of the oil from the voce. Heat the rest of it and fry the mushrooms in it for 2 min stirring them. Add bamboo shoots there and fry it all for 1 min more.
  Then add soya sauce, sugar and chicken broth there. Cook it all for 3 min unitl the liquid evaporates. Stir corn starch in water and then put it in the broth. Sprinkle it all with sesame oil.
  Serve the course hot with rice.
