Tomatoes Stuffed with Brisket, Ham and Shrimps
Tomatoes Stuffed with Brisket, Ham and Shrimps is a festive Chinese course which won't leave your guests indifferent.
Ingredients: 2 egg whites,
200 g brisket,
100 g lard,
80 g ham,
80 g shelled shrimps,
1 tbsp cognak,
2 tbsp corn starch,
2 tbsp tomato paste,
2 tbsp soya sauce,
greens,
salt.
Preparation:

  Here is a Tomatoes Stuffed with Brisket, Ham and Shrimps recipe which is a classic Chinese course. So let's start.
  Wash tomatoes and cut them in halves extracting the pulp. Mince shrimps, brisket and ham. Add egg whites, salt and 1 tsp cognak, and stir it all.
  Stuff tomato halves with the filling. Sprinkle the tomatoes cuts with starch.
  Melt lard in a frying pan and fry the tomato halves in it for 2 min each side. Add tomato paste, soya sauce and the rest of cognak there. Fry it all unitl ready.
  Before serving pour the sauce on the course and garnish it with greens.
