Drunken Fish

Drunken Fish
Drunken Fish is a very delicious and easy to cook Chinese course which won't leave you indifferent.
Ingredients: 2 tbsp cornflour,
500 g finely sliced white fish,
1 whipped egg white,
2,5 cup vegetable oil,
2 tsp groundnut oil,
12 dried black mushrooms,
salt.

For the sauce:
1 tbsp cornflour,
3 tbsp chicken broth,
5 tbsp rice wine,
1,5 tsp brown sugar.
Preparation:

  Here is a Drunken Fish recipe which is a classic Chinese course.
  Mix cornflour with salt. Roll fish pieces in flour and dip them in egg white.  
  Heat oil in a voce on a medium heat, put the fish in it and fry each side for 2 min. Take the fish out of the voce and put it in a warm place.
  Then heat groundnut oil in a saucepan. Add mushrooms in it and fry them for 1 min stirring them.
  In order to cook the sauce mix all the ingredients, pour it all in a frying pan and bring it to boil. Simmer it until thick. Add fish there.
  Before serving put mushrooms on a dish and then put fish pieces on the mushrooms. Pour the sauce on the course.
