Battered Liver
Battered Liver is a very appetizing and tasty Chinese course which won't leave you indifferent.
Ingredients: 300 g liver,
2 egg whites,
50 g flour,
fat,
salt and pepper to your taste.
Preparation:

  We suggest you a Battered Liver recipe which is a classic Chinese course. So let's start.
  At first scald liver and remove the upper film. Chop it, add salt and pepper, and put it aside.
  Roll every liver piece in flour, dip it in whipped egg whites and roll it in flour again.
  Deep fry the liver until golden brown and put it on a plate.
  You may also serve the liver with salt mixed with pestled allspice tree.
