Chinese Fondue with Ginger
Chinese Fondue with Ginger is a very interesting and tasty Chinese course which is easy to cook.
Ingredients: 500 g beef,
1 kg meat bones,
1 carrot,
1 leek,
1 ginger,
1 bulb onion,
black pepper,
1 bay leaf,
2 tbsp soya sauce,
4 tbsp sherry,
salt.

For the fondue:
500 g beef fillet,
500 g pork fillet,
500 g veal fillet,
3 sweet peppers.
Preparation:

  Here is a Chinese Fondue with Ginger recipe which is a traditional Chinese course.
  At first let's cook the broth. Cover meat with water and bring it to boil. Add leek, largely chopped carrot, ginger pieces, onion and other spicery to the meat. Simmer it all for 3 hours.
  Slice the meat. Wash sweet peppers, remove stems and seeds, and chop them.
  Heat the broth, put it on a spirit lamp. Thread meat pieces on a fork, boil them in the broth and eat them with the sauces (sour-sweet or chili).
  After that ladle out the broth in cups and drink it.
