Stuffed Goose
Stuffed Goose is a refined and very delicious Chinese course which won't leave you indifferent.
Ingredients: 1 goose,
3 onions,
1 cup cognak,
salt, black pepper to your taste.
Preparation:

  We offer you a Stuffed Goose recipe which is a classic Chinese course. So let's start.
  At first draw a goose and wash it. Chop goose giblets and onions finely.
  Add black pepper, salt and cognak there. Stir the filling and stuff the goose with it. Then sew up the abdominal cavity.
  Put the stuffed goose in a saucepan and cover it with water. Boil the goose for 2 hours on a high heat, adding cognak from time to time.
  Serve the course with boiled rice.
