Pizza with vegetables
The recipe of pizza with vegetables is proposed for those who appreciate healthy vegetable qualities. And flavour properties of the pizza are completed with sausages, which the pizza includes.
Ingredients: For the dough:
2 glasses wheat flour
3/4 glass water
300g butter or margarine
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar

For the topping:
1 medium aubergine
2 tomatoes
2 bell peppers
2 sausages
50g  Dutch cheese
70g mayo
50g ketchup
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Preparation:

The recipe of pizza with vegetables for real connoisseurs of vegetarian cuisine.
Sift the flour, put there cooled butter cut into dice, and cut it finely with knife. Then make in the flour with butter a hollow. Pour salt water into the hollow, add an egg, lemon juice or vinegar and knead the dough quickly.  Roll a ball, cover it with kitchen wrap and leave in cool place.  Before baking it’s advised to roll out the dough 2-3 times and fold in 3-4 layers.
Roll out the dough, spread onto a greased baking sheet, sprinkle with a part of grated cheese and then spread ketchup on the dough.
Slice the vegetables, cut sausages into medium dice, then arrange on the dough. Add mayo and sprinkle with the rest of grated cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes.
