Fresh Champignon Salad
Fresh Champignon Salad with its wonderful taste is the right choice for those who like to surprise. This recipe contains the secrets of Italian Cuisine.
Ingredients: escarole lettuce - 1 bunch,
turkey (fried) - 300g,
apple (cv. Granny Smith) - 1pc,
mushrooms - 4pcs,
raisins - 1 tablespoon
olive oil - 5 tablespoons
red wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons
thyme - 1 teaspoon
onion (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
Salt and pepper to taste.

This recipe is exclusive, but, at the same time, it is popular in Italy. This salad of fresh mushrooms will surprise everyone with it's taste, including you.
  Layer escarotte lettuce on a big dish. Then lay out the layers of turkey, apples, mushrooms and raisins.
  Prepare the dressing for the salad. To do this, whisk olive oil (first cold pressed), vinegar, onion and thyme together in a separate bowl until all theese ingredients become a homogeneous emulsion.
  Dress the salad with Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
Before serving, fill the salad with the finished sauce, mix all the components thoroughly and immediately bring it to the table.
