Yellowtail Nigiri
Yellowtail Nigiri is not only extraordinary easy recipe but also is so tasty and unusual. It suits any table and goes with any meal.
Ingredients: 2 cups uncooked white rice (sushi rice),
3 cups water,
1/2 cup rice vinegar,
1 tbsp vegetable oil,
1/4 cup white sugar,
salt to taste.

For nigiri:
1 cup rice,
100 g yellowtail fish,
5 g wasabi,
50 g soy sauce,
20 g ginger.

  This exquisite and tasty recipe of Yellowtail Nigiri is so tasty and easy to make. But lets cook sushi rice first.
  Pour water in saucepan, add rinsed rice and bring it to boil. Then reduce the heat to low and cook for another 15-20 minutes. Cool the rice down once it’s cooked.
  Combine the rice vinegar, oil, sugar and salt, then cook over medium heat.  
  Cool this mixture down and stir in cooked rice. Cool the rice down.
  Now lets make nigiri. Form sushi rice into 5 or 6 small oblong balls. Then place slice of yellowtail on top of each rice ball.
  Add some wasabi on the underside of the yellowtail. Serve with soy sauce, wasabi and ginger.
