Grain Soup
Your children will definitely like traditional Armenian meal Grain Soup.
Ingredients:   15g wheat,
  30g peas,
  30g beans,
  15g lentils,
  55g onions,
  65g shelled nuts,
  5g flour,
  25g butter,
  greens,
  pepper,
  salt.
Preparation:

  Armenian Grain Soup is a very healthy and nutritious course. This recipe is for those who wants to stay fit and healthy.
  Soak beans, peas, wheat and lentils for 10-12 hours.  Then start cooking all the grains (except lentils) for half an hour.
  Pour the water out and add the lentils, add some boiling water, shelled nuts and cook for 5 minutes.
  Before serving garnish the meal with the greens.
