Parboiled Trout
Parboiled Trout is famous for its exquisite flavour and it is easy to cook.
Ingredients:   125g trout,
  30g water,
  salt.
Preparation:

  The meal Parboiled Trout is rich in necessary minerals and vitamins. This recipe is delicious and easy to cook.
  Wash thoroughly the shelled fish, salt it and put in the pan. Add some water and poach the trout on a small fire for 15-18 minutes.
  Put the cooked fish on the plate and before serving cover it with the wet napkin.
  The meal is best served cold.
