Salmon Nigiri Sushi

Ingredients: 200 g salmon,
400 g cooked sushi rice,
2 tbs wasabi,
soy sauce, ginger to taste.
Preparation:

  This exquisite Japanese Salmon Nigiri sushi recipe will take minimum time and bring so much joy and fun at your home.      
  Form rice balls (1,5x4 cm big).
  Cut salmon into thin slices (2x5 cm big). Spread a little bit of wasabi paste onto the salmon slices and cover with them rice balls.
  Serve with soy sauce, wasabi and ginger.
