Ingredients: 3 cannelloni,
50 g salmon fillet,
50 g fish fillet,
30 g green peas,
0,5 cup tomato juice,
2 tbsp mayonnaise,
1 tsp flour,
20 g Parmesan cheese,
salt, pepper to your taste.

For sauce:
0,5 cup tomato juice,
2 preserved tomatoes,
1 onion,
1 garlic clove,
0,5 tsp oregano,
1 tbsp olive oil,
1 tsp sugar.
Preparation:

  Cannelloni with Fish recipe is good for those, who like fish.
  Boil cannelloni in slightly salted water for 3 min. Wash it in cold water.
  Dice fish fillet, add mayonnaise, peas, flour (so that stuffing would hold together), salt, pepper to your taste and then mix it all.
  Fill cannelloni with stuffing and put it close to each other on a fireproof tinware close to each other. Sprinkle grated cheese on the top.
  Put it into oven and bake it at the temperature 180 degrees until brown.
  For sauce fry some chopped onion and garlic in heated oil until they are transparent, then add tomatoes, tomato juice, oregano, salt and sugar. Simmer it for 20 min.
  Before serving pour the sauce over cannelloni.
