Stuffed Conchiglioni with Meat

Ingredients: 400 g conchiglioni,
2 onions,
400 g ground meat,
300 g champignons,
50 g hard cheese,
3 tbsp tomato sauce,
3 garlic cloves,
vegetable oil,
salt, spices to your taste.

fresh greens.
Preparation:

  Stuffed Conchiglioni with Meat is a classic Italian course, which recipe is quick, easy and healthy.
  Boil conchiglioni in salted water. Strain water and wash shells with boiled water. Dice onions and fry it in vegetable oil, then add minced meat, chopped mushrooms, salt and spices.
  In 15 min add tomato sauce, garlic and grated cheese.
  Fill shells with cooked stuffing and bake them for 10 min.
