Cream Soup with Cress
Cream Soup with Cress is a traditional English course, which combines both exquisite taste and benefit for your health. Cook with us as the recipe is easy and quick.
Ingredients: 1 finely chopped onion,
2 tsp olive oil,
300 g potatoes,
1.2-1,5 l vegetable broth,
160 g cress,
4 tbsp sour cream or Greek yoghurt.
Preparation:

  This Cream Soup with Cress recipe can be useful for every one because there are vitamines А and С, and also calcium and ferrum in it. That's why the course is not only tasteful but also healthy.
  Fry onion in a big saucepan in oil for 5 min until soft. Add finely chopped potatoes and boil it for 2 min more muddling it. Then add 1,2 l broth and spice it to your taste. Bring it to boil and simmer it until potatoes get soft.
  Add cress and heat soup for 3 min muddling it. Then let it get cool and whip it in blender. Add the rest of broth to make soup thick enough.
  Serve the soup in warm plates with a spoon of sour cream.
