Spicy Shepherd's Pie
Spicy Shepherd's Pie is a classic English course. This appetizing pie gives your home a warm and spicy flavour.
Ingredients: 1 tbsp vegetable oil,
1 big finely chopped onion,
1 pressed garlic clove,
2 finely chopped carrots,
450 g minced mutton,
1/2 tbsp flour,
300 ml broth (vegetable or mutton),
1 palm frozen peas,
700 g peeled and diced potatoes,
25 g butter,
1-2 tsp turmeric,
1 tsp ground coriander,
1-2 tsp jeera seeds.
Preparation:

  Everybody will enjoy this Spicy Shepherd's Pie recipe because it is tasteful and very simple.
  Heat oil in saucepan, fry onion, garlic, carrots and jeera for 2-3 min in it. Add mutton and mix it, then fry it until brown. Pour off the excess of oil. Add flour and coriander and cook it for 1 min.
  Add broth, bring it to boil and boil it for 1 min, then reduce flame and simmer it for 20 min until meat and vegetables get ready. Add peas 4 min before it gets ready.
  Boil potatoes for 15-20 min. Mash them with butter, jeera and turmeric, and spice to your taste.
  Heat grill to the maximume temperature. Put minced meat into a pan, cover it with mashed potatoes and bake it on grill.
