Chicken and Pear Salad
Chicken and Pear Salad is an original English course, which is quick to cook and it brings some differences to your kitchen.
Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts,
2 pears,
salad leaves,
100 g Cheshire cheese,
70 g pine nuts,
5 cherry tomatoes.

For Dressing:
olive oil,
95 ml clear honey,
balsamic vinegar.

  This is an exquisite Chicken and Pear Salad recipe, which is a traditional English course, it can nicely vary your casual menu.
  Griddle chicken breasts until they get cooked all the way through, slice them in small stripes and mix them together with salad leaves, chopped pears and cherry tomatoes.
  Add pine nuts to a dry frying pan and toast them until brown, and add this to salad.
  As a dressing, mix olive oil, clear honey and balsamic vinegar together and add it to salad.
  Finish by cutting Cheshire cheese in cubes and sprinkling it on the top.
  It goes very well with a nice glass of Chardonay.
