Cullen Skink Soup
Cullen Skink Soup is a traditional English course, which combines both awesome taste and benefit for your health. Besides the recipe is very easy and quick.
Ingredients: 1 haddock (220-330g),
1 big onion,
2,5 cup milk,
5-6 potatoes,
1 tsp butter,
salt, grounded black pepper to your taste,
parsley to yuor taste.
Preparation:

  We want to suggest you a refined English Cullen Skink Soup recipe which can be very interesting for those who like fish courses.
  Put scaled and eviscerated haddock in a saucepan and cover it with cold water. Bring it to boil, add ringed onion and simmer it for 5 min. Take fish out of saucepan, extract jacket and bones, put them back into broth and boil it for 1 hour more, then slice fish.
  When broth is ready, strain it, pour milk in, bring it to boil, add fish and simmer it for 5 min more. Put boiled mashed potatoes in a saucepan, let the soup get thick like cream, add salt, pepper to your taste and butter.
  Before serving sprinkle it with chopped parsley.
