English Bean Soup
English Bean Soup is very simple to cook and it is perfect for your casual menu.
Ingredients: 2 cups beans,
4-6 onions,
4 carrots,
4 tbsp parsnip,
1-2 garlic cloves,
1 bay leaf,
1-2 tbsp vinegar,
sugar.
Preparation:

  We offer you an original English Bean Soup recipe which you may use as a casual course. Let's start.
  Boil beans until they get half ready, add finely chopped onions, chopped carrots, 4 tbsp parsnip, 1-2 pressed garlic cloves, 1 bay leaf.
  You may add other spices to your taste. Boil the mixture until vegetables get soft. Mash one half of soup and add it to another half.
  To make the course spicy you may add 1-2 tbsp vinegar and a little sugar.
