Ham Nigiri Sushi

Ham Nigiri Sushi
A very basic and easy way to make Nigiri Sushi.
Ingredients: 200 g ham,
400 g cooked sushi rice,
2 tbs wasabi,
soy sauce, wasabi ginger, mustard to taste.
Preparation:

  This Ham Nigiri Sushi recipe is mouthwateringly delicious, but may take some practice
  Form rice balls about 2x4 cm big. Cut ham into thin slices (2x5 cm big). Spread a little bit of wasabi paste onto the ham slices and cover with them rice balls. Serve with soy sauce, wasabi and ginger or mustard.
