Baked Trout

10g butter,
spring onions,
tarragon,
red pepper,
salt to taste.
Preparation:

  The Baked Trout recipe is easy to cook and this meal is not only tasty, but also it is low in fat.
  Shell the trout, remove the guts and wash the fish.
  Put the trout in the oiled frying pan; add some salt, pepper, spring onions and tarragon.
  Bake the meal in the oven approximately for 20 minutes.
