Cabbage Brose
Cabbage Brose is a classic English course, which is interesting for every one because it is easy to cook and has a pleasant flavour.
Ingredients: 1,7 l stock,
50 g oat flour,
450 g headed cabbage,
salt, pepper to your tsate.
Preparation:

  We introduce you a Cabbage Brose recipe which is an original English course. So let's start.
  At first bring stock to boil, add oat flour and simmer it.
  Prapare cabbage, cut leaves into sticks, wash them and let the water run down. Put cabbage into stock, add salt and pepper. Boil it for 30 min in opened saucepan.
  Serve right from fire.
