Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms is a very useful recipe of English cuisine which pleasens your guests at any feast.
Ingredients: 350 g peeled mushrooms,
3 tbsp rusk flour,
1 tbsp butter,
1 egg yolk,
2 tbsp cream,
2 tsp chopped parsley,
2 tsp chopped onion,
1 pressed garlic clove,
1 pinch nutmeg,
75 g grated cheese,
2 tbsp fried rusks,
3 tbsp butter,
salt, grated black pepper to your taste.
Preparation:

  Chopp mushroom stipes, mix them with rusks, yolk, melted butter and cream.
Then add garlic, greens, salt and spices to it.
  Stuff mushroom caps with this mixture. Sprinkle them with grated cheese with rusks, put a piece of butter on every cap. Bake it for 15 min in oven preheated to 190°С.
  Serve mushrooms as a garnish to any courses with mutton or chiken.
