Ingredients: 115g mutton,
100g chicken,
70g wheat grits,
20g melted butter,
30g onions,
salt to taste.

  Try to cook the traditional Armenian Arisa recipe with its unique flavor.
  Boil the wheat grits in a meat bouillon.
  Then add the chopped boiled mutton or chicken and blender everything until the mixture is viscous.
  Before serving garnish the course with onions and pour over the melted butter.
