Vegetable Borani
Go for an outing and cook there very special Vegetable Borani course.
Ingredients: 150g potatoes,
120g aubergines,
80g tomatoes,
20g sweet pepper,
15g onions,
30g melted butter,
greens,
salt to taste.

Preparation:

  The main ingredients of the Vegetable Borani recipe are delicious summer vegetables.
  Dice the potatoes, aubergines, onions in cubes and fry.
  Then add the tomatoes, sweet pepper and poach until ready.
  Serve the meal with the greens.
