English Apple Pie
English Apple Pie is one of the most popular English courses which is simple and quick to cook. This pie perfectly goes with a family tea.
Ingredients: 225 g flour,
125 g butter,
2 tsp sugar powder,
1 tbsp concentrated custard,
3-4 tbsp milk,
450 g peeled finely sliced sour apples,
3 tbsp white raisins,
75 g grated Lancashire cheese,
50 g sugar powder,
1 tbsp unsweetened yoghurt or kefir,
1 pinch salt.

  We present you a traditional English Apple Pie recipe. Let's cook it together.
  At first strain flour with salt, grind it with butter, mix it with custard and sugar powder. Then add the necessary amount of milk to make dough thick. Make the dough flat and put one half on the pie dish bottom.
  Then mix apples, cheese, raisins, kefir, sugar powder and put them on the pie dish. Cover them with the rest of dough.
  Then pinch edges together and make a pattern on the top. Grease it with milk. Bake for 30 min at the temperature of 200 degrees Celsius.
  Serve the pie hot with cream.
