The unusual recipe Doumakashova with pumpkins and milk, which will almost melt in your mouth while tasting.
Ingredients: 250g pumpkin,
125g milk,
30g rice,
10g sugar,
25g melted butter,
salt to taste.

  The recipe of the traditional Armenian course Doumakashova is easy to cook, so it can become a central meal on your holiday table.
  Peel the pumpkin and scoop out the inside seeds. Slice into pieces, put the pumpkin in the pan, add some hot milk, boiled rice, salt, sugar, butter.
  Cover the meal with the lid and cook until the pumpkin is ready.
