Mshosh
Nutritious and healthy Armenian meal Mshosh is now available for you, too.
Ingredients: 80g lentils,
20g oil,
25g onions,
10g dried apricots,
15g walnuts,
salt,
pepper,
parsley to taste.
Preparation:

  Mshosh recipe is easy to cook and is not time consuming at all.
  Wash the lentils, put them in the pan, add some water and cook until ready.
  Then salt the meal, add fried onions, crushed walnuts, dried apricots and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
  Serve the meal with black pepper and parsley on top.
