Wild Garlic Salad
The delightful flavor of the wild garlic and vinegar is combined in the traditional Armenian course Wild Garlic Salad.
Ingredients: 100g wild garlic,
3g salt,
vinegar to taste.
Preparation:

  The recipe of Wild Garlic Salad is very easy, and the mild flavor of the ingredients makes the salad unforgettable.
  Wash the wild garlic, scald it and put in the colander.
  Then put the wild garlic in the pan, add some water and salt and poach.
  Put the cooked wild garlic in the colander again, dry out, chill, put in the salad bowl, add some salt, pepper, vinegar and serve the meal.
