Flol
The original recipe of the traditional Armenian soup Flol is worth trying.
Ingredients: 125g beef,
50g oat or wheat flour,
20g wheat grits,
25g onions,
10g melted butter,
100g spinach,
15g tomato pulp,
salt,
black pepper to taste.
Preparation:

  The recipe of the soup Flol has a lot of ingredients, but it is easy to cook.
  Boil the wheat grits and mix it with oat or wheat flour. Add some salt, half a glass of water, make dough and form small balls (flol).
  Add fried onions, tomato pulp, spinach, salt, pepper to the boiling broth and cook for 10 minutes.
  Then add flol and cook until the balls come to the top.
