The traditional Armenian soup Chamcharak is best to cook during hot summer weather.
Ingredients: 25g dried apricots,
20g seedless raisins,
25g mulberries,
10g sugar,
cinnamon to taste.

  The original recipe of the cold and sweet Armenian soup Chamcharak.
  Wash the dried apricots, seedless raisins and mulberries thoroughly. Cover the dried fruits with hot water and cook for 20-25 minutes.
  Add some sugar, cinnamon and cook until ready.
  The meal is best served cold.
