Jubilee Chicken Salad
Jubilee Chicken Salad is a refined English course which is perfect for any of your feasts.
Ingredients: 600 g cooked chicken breasts,
350 g fresh cherries,
160 g watercress,
4-5 chopped spring onions,
200 g sour cream,
1 tbsp karri paste,
1 tsp honey,
1/2 lemon juice,
fresh mint.
Preparation:

  This is a refined English Jubilee Chicken Salad recipe. Let's cook it together.
  At first chop chicken. Extract stones from cherries.
  Put all the ingredients on a dish: cress, then chicken, cherries and sprinkle them with onions.
  To make a dressing whip sour cream, honey, karri and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to your taste and sprinkle the salad with the dressing.
  Serve the salad with fresh mint on the top.
