Crispy Potatoes
Crispy Potatoes is a popular classic English course which is simple and quick to cook.
Ingredients: 4 big potatoes,
1 tbsp flour,
1 tbsp paprika,
1 tbsp chili powder,
vegetable oil.
Preparation:

  We offer you a traditional English Crispy Potatoes recipe. This course is very popular among Englishmen.
  First of all bake potatoes in a microwave oven for 15 min until soft. Let them get cool and cut in 4 pieces. Cut off the majority of potatoes pulp and put it aside.
  Then heat oven to the temperature of 200 degrees С. Mix flour, chili and paprika. Roll potatoe rinds in flour with spices.
  Then pour oil on a baking sheet. When it gets hot add potatoe rinds and roll them in this oil. Bake them for 15 min. Add salt and serve potatoes with sour cream.
