Fish and Chips
Fish and Chips is a traditioanl English course which is easy to cook and nouishing.
Ingredients: 900 g chopped potatoes,
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil,
85 g white bread crumbs,
25 g corn meal,
4х175 g haddock fillet,
2 tbsp flour,
1 egg white,
1/1 tbsp paprika.
Preparation:

  We suggest you to cook a traditional English Fish and Chips reicpe. So let's start.
  At the beginning heat oven to the temperature of 220 degrees С. Put potatoes in a saucepan with cold salted water, bring it to boil and pour off the water.
  Then put potatoes on a baking sheet, sprinkle them with olive oil and mix them. Put potatoes in one layer sprinkling it with salt. Bake it turning for 35 min until brown.
  To cook fish mix bread crumbs, paprika and corn meal. Dip fish fillet into this mixture, shake off the excess and roll it in egg white, and then dip it into th mixture with crumbs one more time.
  Put fish on a baking sheet, sprinkle every piece with oil. Bake it for 12-15 min until it gets ready.
  Serve the fish with peas pudding and potatoes.
