Parsnip Gratin with Bread Crumbs
Parsnip Gratin with Bread Crumbs is an original English course. It is very simple to cook.
Ingredients: 15 g butter,
1,25 kg peeled and chopped parsnip,
568 ml cream,
50 g grated Parmesan,
2 cloves pressed garlic,
4 tbsp fresh bread crumbs.
Preparation:

  At first heat oven to the temperature of 190 degrees С. Grease baking sheet with butter, put parsnip pieces and spice them.
  Mix cream, garlic, half of Parmesan and spices, and pour the parsnip with it.
  Then cover the sheet with foil and bake it for 1 hour 10 min. Mix bread crumbs with the rest of Parmesan. Take off foil and sprinkle the course with crumbs mixture. Put it back in oven for 5-10 min until crispy.
