Preparation:

We offer you a British Turkey recipe which is a refined English course for feasts. So let's begin.
10 min before starting cooking heat oven to the temperature of 190 degrees С. Fry bacon, celery, onions and garlic for 5 min, then add mushrooms to them and simmer it all for 2 min. Take it off the flame and add the rest of ingredients, then mix it all thoroughly.
Stuff the turkey from the neck side, make balls out of the left stuffing and put them around the turkey 20 min before we finish cooking.
Then put juniper berries and onions into the turkey. Put the bird on a sheet with its breast down and bake it. Take it out of the oven, cover it with foil and put it aside for 15-20 min.
Serve it with orange cups, made of orange halves without pulp and stuffed with fried mushrooms and parsley.
