The traditional Armenian recipe Armlov has an exquisite flavor and it is easy to cook.
Boil the beef and potatoes. Then grind all the ingredients, add fried onions, salt, pepper, coriander and (or) parsley and mix everything thoroughly.
Oil the frying pan or baking tray, and spread the minced meat. Cover the meat with an egg and crushed baked breads, and pour over some oil. Then bake in the oven approximately for 20-25 minutes.
Serve the meal with sour cream.
