Hachapuri (cheese-cake)
We introduce you one more Abkhazian Hachapuri (cheese-cake) recipe for hachapuri lovers. Cook it and enjoy its tender taste.
Ingredients: 2 cups unbleached flour,
1/2 tsp salt,
12 tbsp cooled butter,
3 eggs,
1/4 cups sugarless yoghurt,
560 g Abkhazian sour cheese.
Preparation:

  The Hachapuri recipe will be especially  enjoyed by those who like culltured milk foods. Cook healthy food with pleasure!
  Whip 1 egg yolk. Mix flour, salt and chopped cooled butter. Break 1 egg and stir it in yoghurt, and add it to the flour mix.
  Make a clot of dough and put it for 1 hour in a cold place.
  Mix egg with largely grated cheese.
  Heat oven to the temperature of 80 degrees C. Grease the baking sheet with fat. Roll out dough on a board sprinkled with flour to make a rectangle, cut off the edges. Put the cheese mix on one half of dough, cover it with another half and press the edges together.
  Before baking grease the dough with whipped egg yolk. Bake it for 50 min until golden brown. Serve hachapuri slightly warm cut in small squares.
