Akuchyshyicarsh (Chicken with Tomato Sauce) is a perfect recipe for poultry admirers. It will definitely become your superior course.
Ingredients: 1 chicken (400-500 g),
70 g butter,
200 g fresh tomatoes,
1 tsp adjika,
2-3 garlic cloves,
1-2 onions,
butter,
2-3 sprigs of coriander, parsley and dill,
salt to your taste.
Preparation:

  Akuchyshyicarsh (Chicken  with Tomato Sauce) recipe combines tender chicken taste and savoury spices.
  Cut prepared chicken in pieces, put them in an aluminium saucepan or a pot with preheated butter, and simmer them. Then add chopped oions, and as they get brown, add fresh ringed tomatoes, adjika, pressed garlic, and simmer it all for 15- 20 min.
  Just before the chicken is ready add chopped greens there.
