Meat Roasted in Large Piece recipe is a tasty and flavoured meat course which may be a nice alternative to kebab.
Ingredients: 1 kg meat (mutton or beef),
6-8 garlic cloves,
1 tbsp adjika,
salt and pomegranate juice to your taste.

For garnish:
coriander.
Preparation:

  Remove films from beef(mutton), fill it with garlic, add salt, pit it in a bowl and put it in a cold place for 1-2 hours. Then put it on skewer and fry on life hot charcoals. From time to time pour the meat with adjika mixed with pomegranate sauce while frying. Put the cooked meat on a dish and sprinkle it with coriander.
