Walnut Lobio
Walnut Lobio recipe is very good for vegetarians because it is very healthy and nourishing.
Ingredients: 2 cups red kidney beans,
1 garlic,
1 cup walnuts,
1 bunch coriander,
1 onion,
150 g butter,
salt, pepper to your taste.
Preparation:

  Walnut Lobio is a fine classic recipe of Abkhazian cuisine. It is very nutricious and healthy.
  Leave kidney beans in cool water for one night. After that wash them, put in a saucepan, cover with boiling water and simmer them for 2 hours.
  Chop and fry nuts, onion and garlic in butter for 2-3 min. Chop coriander with a knife.
  Take kidney beans away from fire. If there is too much broth, pour off the excess leaving just a little.
  Mash it all, add nut mass and chopped coriander.
  Mix it all thoroughly, cool and serve it.
