Hake with Potatoes
You will definitely like the mild flavour of the Hake with Potatoes.
Ingredients: 1 kg hake,
2 onions,
1 tbsp wheat flour,
2 tbsp oil,
1 tsp mustard,
butter,
salt to taste.
Preparation:

  It's an interesting seafood traditional German Hake with Potatoes recipe.
  Wash fish, remove guts and dice it.
  Salt the hake, sprinkle it with flour and onions. Fry the fish in a frying pan and add some mustard.
  Then boil potatoes. Chill them, then peel and dice them.
  Put one part of potatoes on a baking tray, cover them with the fish and put another part of the potatoes on the top.
  Bake the course in oven until ready.
  Serve the meal with greens.
