German Zander
German Zander is a healthy and easy to cook course.
Ingredients: 1 kg zander,
400 g butter,
5 eggs,
1 glass sour cream.
Preparation:

  The German Zander recipe will become one of your favorite ones.
  Wash fish, remove guts and slice it. Salt zander and put it in a pan, add some butter.
  Put the pan in oven. When the meal is almost ready, pour out butter and add eggs and sour cream. Cook it until ready.
