Vegetables Plate
Please yourself and your folks by variety  of vegetables in remarkable vitamin salad “Vegetables plate”.
Ingredients: 2  marrows,
4  sweet peppers,
2  aubergins,
2  tomatoes,
1 garlic,
1 bunch coriander and parsley,
1 bunch of spring onion,
1 chili pepper,
vegetable oil,
salt to taste.
Preparation:

  Result of this recipe is the delicious and pretty salad “Vegetable plate”. Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
  Slice peeled marrows, tomatoes and aubergines. Sweet pepper cut in halves and add salt.
  All vegetables fry separately and arrange by layers at a serving dish. Each layer sprinkle with shredded garlic, greens and chili pepper.
